My journey in the apparel world began long before any formal title or achievement. It started in the mid-90s on the production floors of Lahore, crowded, noisy, full of energy and purpose. I was young, eager, and determined to understand everything: fabric, stitching, people, and systems. Those early years shaped my belief that great garments are built not only with skill, but with passion, discipline, and respect for the people behind the work.

From these beginnings, I kept moving, learning, adapting, and taking on every challenge that came my way. Working in factories taught me the true meaning of hard work and teamwork. Over time, I earned the opportunity to join one of Pakistan’s largest apparel sourcing and manufacturing organizations, a place that would shape the next two decades of my professional life.

There, I grew from a merchandiser into someone responsible for merchandising, quality, shipping, design, R&D, product development, HR, and overseas operations. Over the years, I helped lead teams that produced more than 15 million garments annually, and together we crossed 100 million dollars in exports. I travelled across continents to support and grow the business, working closely on programs for brands such as A&F, Urban Outfitters, Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Celio, River Island, Springfield, Primark, Reserve, Diverse, and many others. I had the privilege of working with exceptional colleagues, seniors, juniors, partner factories and every one of whom contributed with dedication and passion. These relationships and shared achievements shaped me far beyond any job title.

After more than 25 years in sourcing, production, and product development after hundreds of collections, thousands of samples, and countless late nights, I felt a deeper calling. I wanted to create something that reflected my values: honesty, integrity, humility, flexibility, transparency, leadership, and optimism. I wanted to build a sourcing and manufacturing partner that combined modern speed with old-fashioned reliability, while embracing a more sustainable approach to how garments are developed, produced, and delivered.

That dream took shape as Naxes Apparel, built to bring clarity, flexibility, and reliability to an industry.

From the beginning, Naxes Apparel was designed around a flexible and scalable production model, supporting brands from low-MOQ development through to large-volume manufacturing. From hands-on management of small programs to oversight of repeat, high-volume orders through audited partner factories, we remain closely involved across development, costing, production, quality, and shipping.

Our role extends beyond manufacturing. We guide brands on creating premium-looking garments through smarter product and production decisions, and we work closely with partner factories to improve efficiency and processes, ensuring sustainable margins for all, without increasing customer prices.

Our focus is to translate ideas into well-made garments, simplify sourcing through clarity and accountability, and build long-term partnerships that allow brands to grow with confidence.
